    Sign up online and choose from a casual or everyday membership

  • Text

    Find any ScratchBike and text ‘BIKE’ plus the bike number (e.g.‘BIKE 123’) to 80138 for casual members or 80988 for everyday members

  • Unlock

    Use the code in the reply text to unlock the bike by twisting the digits into the combination chain

  • Ride

    Store the lock in the bike basket provided and ride safely. You can use a bike for up to two hours per rental

  • Lock

    Re-lock the bike to a ScratchBikes rack. Text ‘BIKE’ plus bike number plus rack number (e.g. ‘BIKE 123 A1’) to finish your rental
